Lent Series STUDY GUIDE

This Lent, we invite every Life Group at Bel Air Church to journey together through Embodied: Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus. This study guide is designed to help us remember that following Jesus begins with receiving His love and then allowing that love to take shape in our everyday lives. As we gather in homes, on campus, and online, this resource will lead us into Scripture, prayer, and honest conversation about what it means to let Christ dwell in us by His Spirit. Together we will explore how small acts of patience, courage, mercy, and presence become the very ways Jesus makes Himself visible in Los Angeles and beyond. Lent is not about striving harder, but about abiding deeper. As a community rooted in Christ and committed to being the Church at Work, may our Life Groups become spaces where His compassion recalibrates our instincts, steadies our voices, and moves our hands toward those in need.
