Dear Bel Air Family Ministries Community,
It has been such a joy and honor to lead our Family Ministries department as we partner together to build joyful, resilient, faith-filled followers of Jesus of all ages. As I've prayed about the Fall and where I feel Jesus is leading our department, I felt it was incredibly important to focus on the heart of our Creator, the Architect of the world! His redemptive love and creative power guides us back to the original design He intended for our world, our relationships with each other and most importantly our relationship with Him as beloved children.
Our in-house curriculum will continue to focus on increase our creativity, playfulness & exploration of sensory based play to help our students connect to God not just in their heads, but in their heart! Our goal is to increase literacy, facilitate creativity, and foster collaborative problem-solving so that our children are prepared to walk with Jesus every day from a place of confident connection. We are also excited to be incorporating a new outreach component in partnership with Bel Air Rebuilds to our program, where we will encourage the kids to serve their neighbors in practical ways. SUNDAYS @ BEL AIR KIDS
Check-in for our kids’ program opens 15 minutes before gathered worship services begin. To check in your child, we’ll need the parents’ name(s), address, and phone number plus the child’s name, birthdate, and any special instructions such as allergies or special needs. We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone.
Each child will be given a check in name tag and a pickup receipt! Our dedicated check-in team is available to help you through the process.
**The first Sunday of the month Kindergarten – 5th grade students are welcome to our Multi-Generational Service in the Main Sanctuary from 9-9:20 & 11-11:20am. Kids will check in in the Sanctuary Foyer and be dropped off in the first few rows! They will be picked up in the regular classrooms.
YOUR FAMILY’S SAFETY & SUPPORT ARE OUR PRIORITY
All kids small group leaders have been trained to ensure your child remains safe. We also have a dedicated safety team ensuring that only parents and vetted team members enter the kids’ environments. Every team member is background checked. We follow up on their personal references and also crosscheck the sex offender registry and global watchlist

It is our greatest desire to equip our community to walk with Jesus as a family! We are working on creating on-demand content in addition to topic-specific classes that will enable you to connect with Jesus in peace, wonder, and joy! We are so excited to start launching our new Faith Together content, and here is our first video!
