BEL AIR TEAMWORK SYMMETRIES

Rooted Humility:
We lead from a place of inner security, not a need for approval. We

recognize that our influence is a gift meant to help others flourish, ensuring that no task is beneath you.

Holy Hunger: We possess a movement mindset as self starters who do not wait for permission to be excellent, driven by a healthy desire to see the Kingdom expand.

Holy Attention: We remain deeply present and aware of others, with the spiritual discernment to read a room and handle people with emotional intelligence, grace, and kindness.

The Honest Table: We value direct conversation by celebrating spiritual breakthroughs openly, while addressing any drift in alignment or commitment privately and immediately through the kindness of direct interaction.

BEL AIR TEAMWORK BEHAVIORS

We practice these four definitive behaviors across the entire team to maintain alignment and shared joy:

  • RADICAL WELCOMING: Each of us personally goes out of our way to see, greet, and connect with everyone from the parking lot to the patio to the pews and in our office building.

  • DYNAMIC COLLABORATION: We regularly communicate to each other, both formally and informally. We share workloads wherever or whenever asked. Each staff member is present in a monthly Bel Air Rebuilds service activity.

  • SERVANT POSTURE: No administrative task or practical job is ever viewed as beneath any member of the staff.

  • ACTIVE CELEBRATION: We actively encourage one another; we honor and celebrate each other's spiritual breakthroughs and personal milestones.
